We schedule a run through your area, usually within a few business days, and carry it out ourselves — home, office, garage or storage unit.
Every drive is wiped or physically destroyed. Working machines get refurbished; the rest is stripped for parts and responsibly recycled.

03 / Data security
Every drive is treated as sensitive. Whether it's a family photo library or a company file server, the process is the same.
Securely erased or physically destroyed. Drives are wiped with multi-pass erasure tools, and anything that can't be verified clean gets destroyed.
Written confirmation for businesses. Need it for your records or your auditor? Ask for a destruction confirmation — it's free.

Fair question. We're not a charity and we're not hiding a fee on the back page.
Working machines get data-wiped, refurbished and resold or donated. Broken ones get stripped — RAM, drives, CPUs, boards and metals all have value. That recovered value is what pays for the truck, so you don't have to.
It beats the alternative: computers rotting in garages, or worse, dumped where the metals and batteries poison the ground.
E-waste has been banned from Victorian landfill since 2019. You can't legally bin that old tower — but you can have us take it away for nothing.

Yes — genuinely free, no fees and no catch. We recover value by refurbishing working machines and harvesting parts and materials from the rest. That's what funds the truck.
Every storage drive we collect is securely erased or physically destroyed. Business pickups can request written confirmation of destruction at no charge.
Usually within a few business days. We group pickups into runs by area, so nearby bookings are often collected together. Office cleanouts can be scheduled for a day that suits you.
Not necessarily. Lots of pickups are "it's on the porch / with reception / in the garage" — just tell us where to find it when you book.
Working machines are wiped, refurbished and given a second life. Everything else is stripped for parts and materials and responsibly recycled. Nothing we collect goes to landfill — e-waste has been banned from Victorian landfill since 2019 anyway.
